Cancellation Policy
At Megan Clark, LMT, your time and well-being are valued, and I aim to create a professional and respectful environment for all clients. To ensure fairness and mutual respect, please review the cancellation policy below:
Appointment Reservations
A valid credit/debit card or prepayment is required to reserve your appointment. This ensures your session is held just for you. Charges will only apply if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or miss your scheduled session.
Cancellations/Rescheduling
• 24+ Hours Notice: No charges apply.
• Less Than 24 Hours Notice: A fee of 50% of the session rate will be charged.
• 2 Hours or Less Notice/No-Show: The full session rate will be charged.
• Contagious Illness or Emergency: If you develop a contagious illness or experience an emergency within 24 hours of your session, notify me immediately. The cancellation or session fee will still apply.
• Pregnant Clients: If you go into labor within 24 hours of your session, notify me as soon as possible, and the cancellation fee will be waived. If no notification is provided, the full session rate will be charged.
Important Note: Your appointment is your responsibility until you receive confirmation that your cancellation or rescheduling request has been received by me or my team.
Arriving On Time
Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early to ensure you receive the full session time you’ve booked. Late arrivals will result in a shortened session, and the full session rate will still apply.
Communication During Your Session
Your comfort is my top priority. Please communicate any needs, preferences, or feedback before, during, or after your session. If anything feels distracting, uncomfortable, or unwell, let me know immediately so adjustments can be made.
Reminders:
Text reminders will be sent 48 and 24 hours before your appointment to help you plan accordingly. Please respect the time reserved for you, as it allows me to provide the best care possible.
